Vendor Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as "Agreement") govern the use of the platform PakistaniBazaar.co.uk (hereafter referred to as "the Platform") by all vendors (hereafter referred to as "Vendor" or "Vendors") who wish to sell products on the Platform. By registering as a Vendor, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Joining Fee & Subscription Payment

Joining Fee:

• A one-time non-refundable fee of £50 is required to become a Vendor on PakistaniBazaar.co.uk.

Rental Space Fee:

• Vendors must pay an advance rental fee of £200 on joining, regardless of the date of registration. For example, if a Vendor joins on 11th June, they must pay £200 at that time.
• Starting from the 1st of the following month, the Vendor will be charged a recurring monthly rental fee of £200 on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Example: If Asim's shop joins on the 5th of June, he pays £200 for June and will be charged £200 on the 1st of July, 1st of August, and so on.

Cancellation of Subscription:

• Once a rental subscription is started, it cannot be cancelled for the current month.
• To avoid being charged for the following month, the Vendor must request the cancellation of their rental subscription before the 31st of the current month by emailing pakistani-bazaar@hotmail.com.

2. Commission on Sales

• Commission: PakistaniBazaar.co.uk will charge a 20% commission on each item sold through the Platform. This commission is deducted from the sale price of the item.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Communication and Shipping:

• The Vendor is responsible for communicating with buyers regarding the product, including answering queries, providing order tracking information, and handling fulfillment and shipping.
• Shipping and Fees: The Vendor must set clear shipping costs and ensure that products are shipped in a timely manner. Any shipping issues, delays, or damages must be handled directly by the Vendor.

Bank Details for Payout:

• Vendors must provide accurate and valid bank account details to receive monthly payouts. The Vendor is responsible for ensuring their bank details are up to date.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Items

Permitted Items:

Vendors may only list the following items for sale:

• Clothes (including all types of apparel)
• Footwear
• Accessories

Prohibited Items:

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on the Platform:

• Illegal items or goods
• Knives, guns, and weapons
• Vapes, cigarettes, and drugs
• Medicines or pharmaceuticals
• Animals
• Pornographic, nudity-related, or explicit content

5. Image and Model Consent

• Vendors must ensure they have obtained the necessary legal consent from any models appearing in images of the products (clothes, footwear, accessories, etc.) before uploading the images to the Platform.
• The Vendor is responsible for ensuring all images comply with applicable laws, regulations, and community guidelines.

6. Vendor Content Responsibility

• Content Upload: Vendors are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the Platform, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, and external links.
• External Links: Any external links posted by the Vendor must not lead to harmful, illegal, or inappropriate websites. PakistaniBazaar.co.uk is not responsible for the content of any external links added by the Vendor.

7. Platform Rights

• Refusal, Cancellation, or Banning of Vendors: PakistaniBazaar.co.uk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or ban any Vendor from selling on the Platform at any time and without prior notice. This includes any Vendor who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Platform.
• Content Editing: PakistaniBazaar.co.uk reserves the right to preview, screen, restrict, or modify any uploaded content, items, advertisements, or notices on the Platform. This includes the right to edit or remove any content that the Platform deems necessary.

8. Terms and Conditions Updates

• Amendment of Terms: PakistaniBazaar.co.uk reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Vendors are advised to review these terms periodically.
• Continued Use: By continuing to use the Platform after changes have been made to the Terms and Conditions, the Vendor agrees to accept and comply with the updated terms.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms outlined in this document.
